I like jimmy johns very good sandwitches always pn time my one big problem was the delevery guy brandon very rude acted like it was a bother becuse of this guy i will not be ordering from there...if i do i will request that brandon NOT deliver my food i would suggest you all do the same very rude and also when i gave him a tip he said this is it and drove off very angry.

The guy at the drive thru was not nice. He kept asking my order and repeated the order back and he didnt gave me what I requested. I ask for hot peppers on the side and he said that all sandwiches had hot peppers. I qas not asking for a free meal, I had to remind him to give me my drink. He didnt give me my hot peppers on the side and there were not hot peppers in the sandwiches like he told me. I ordered. 3 #1 pepe. Very dissatisfied with the service, I drove 20 minutes for the convenience of the drive thru. Im never goimg back to that location. 2:53 pm chk # 247 regi#4 tall white male at window.
